OBV Magistrate Shadowing Scheme

OBV invite applications from individuals 18 years and over who have an interest in becoming a magistrate and are keen to become involved in community affairs.

Our aim is to help improve Black and other minority ethnic (BME) representation within the magistracy and promote civic responsibility. The programme will give participants first hand knowledge of the work of magistrates and provide a valuable insight into the court system and procedures.
